Fees are based on the suggested fee guide as set by the Ontario Dental Hygienists Association.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Interac, e-Transfer, Cash as well as Dental Insurance, Social Assistance Programs such as ODSP (Ontario Disability Support Program), HSO (Healthy Smiles Ontario), ACSD (Assistance for Children with Severe Disabilities), and federal programs such as VAC (Veterans Affairs Canada) and CF (members of the Canadian Forces).
Treatment cost is dependent upon your oral condition. It is based on the following:
- how long it has been since your last teeth scaling (cleaning)
- if you smoke
- consumption and amount of stain causing foods (ie. blueberries, blackberries) and drinks (ie. coffee, tea, red wine)
- number of teeth you have
- if you have braces on your teeth
- if you have crowns, bridges, dental implants and/or dentures
Every client is an individual and will be given an estimate cost prior to starting treatment. You always have the right to limit your treatment, therefore you control your costs.
We can send electronic claims (EDI) or provide you with a claim form and send it on your behalf. Full payment is due at time of service and receipts will be provided. You can claim the dental hygiene expenses that were not covered under your insurance plan on your tax return.
